The check-in and check-out times shall be agreed upon with the confidant.

At your arrival, you must pay cash a € 250,00 guarantee to the confidant. This guarantee does not count as rent; when you will leave, it will entirely be reimbursed to you, after deduction of the costs related to your electricity consumption.
For the reimbursement of this amount, you must meet the following requirements:

• No damage caused to the apartment or to the furniture, unless as a consequence of normal use
• No fines imposed because of illegal activities, pets or other rental/ordered services during your stay
• All waste shall be disposed in the designated containers and all used kitchen equipment shall be cleaned and stored
• All keys shall be handed over to the confidant
• No bed sheeting shall disappear or be damaged
• The tenant shall not have been removed from the accommodation by the owner, by his trusted representative or by the police

A first payment, amounting to 50% of the rental rate, shall be paid 60 days before arrival. This first payment can be performed by means of a bank transfer. The outstanding amount shall be paid 14 days before arrival at the latest.

For cancellations made within a time frame of less than 60 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 5% shall be charged (with a minimum fee of € 50). Cancellations or modifications resulting in the fact that the stay becomes shorter and made within 60 days before arrival, shall cause the right on refund of the first payment to expire. A cancellation or early departure won’t lead to the right on refund of the rent.

The apartment is equipped for 4 people, but a fifth person can sleep in the sofa bed.

The apartment shall be rented at least for 1 week.

Included: bed sheeting, towels, water, gas, air conditioning, cleaning.
The electricity will be charged according to your consumption (will be deducted from the guarantee)

Although a clean package of bed sheeting and towels is included, no daily cleaning service or help will be provided. The tenants can use the washing machine in the kitchen. We advise you to bring along some beach towels, because it is not allowed to use the towels from the apartment for your little excursions.

Reservations made under false pretences shall result in the withholding of your payments, advance payments or rental amounts, and the party concerned won’t have access to the house.

A closed parking space will be provided for 1 car. You can only park your vehicle in the appropriate parking space.
